Yes. We offer free pickup and delivery in Dane and neighboring Counties. Please call to verify your location qualifies for free pickup and delivery.
What type of warranty do you offer with your systems?
At HankerAm Store Inc., we offer you 1 year warranty that includes parts only. Labor is not included in this. However if you live within the Wisconsin area we will give a 3-4 year warranty on your Laptop or PC this is an added bonus. No charge to you.
Do you match your competitors prices?
Yes. HankerAm Store Inc., we will match our competitors' prices. In order to provide this service, we need the appropriate web address or company contact information to verify the pricing. Each price match is handled on an individual basis.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes. We offer onsite service. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting can be performed on-site. We also have remote services.
Do you support products that weren't purchased from you?
Yes. We support products that were purchased from other manufactures or businesses. However warranties are not transferable.
